Personal Data Processing Clarification

This informational notice describes how Vogue VIP Transfer processes personal data in connection with our VIP transfer services, in line with Turkish Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Categories of Personal Data

Identity and contact data; reservation data (locations, date/time, passengers, vehicle preference, notes); account data; security and technical data (IP, device/browser, logs, cookie preferences); communication and support records; mobile push notification tokens where applicable.

Purposes of Processing

Receiving and managing reservation requests, planning transfer operations, driver/vehicle assignment, customer communication, security, support, legal compliance, service improvement, and mobile notifications.

Recipients of Personal Data

Data may be transferred to operations staff, assigned drivers, hosting/infrastructure providers, notification service providers, and authorized public bodies, limited to what is necessary and in compliance with KVKK Articles 8 and 9.

Method of Collection

Data may be collected electronically via website, mobile app, email, phone, WhatsApp, reservation forms, and automatic technical logs.

Legal Bases for Processing

Processing may rely on contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and explicit consent (e.g. analytics/marketing cookies) under KVKK Article 5.

Retention and Deletion Requests

Data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and applicable law. Deletion requests are handled in accordance with law; legally required records may be retained.
