Please notify us as soon as possible by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Cancellation terms depend on time until service and the offer shared at booking.

Change requests depend on operational capacity and are accommodated when possible. We recommend notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

If you notify us of flight delays, we try to remain flexible. Traffic, weather, or safety may cause delays or route changes.

Transfer is a transportation service planned for a specific date and time. Consumer withdrawal exceptions may apply to services performed on a fixed date.

If you are not ready at the meeting point, a reasonable waiting period may apply; extended waits may incur extra charges or service termination.

No online payment is collected on the website. If payment applies, refund or change terms follow the offer and agreement shared at reservation.
