Data is used to receive and manage reservation requests, plan operations, assign drivers and vehicles, communicate with you, provide security and support, meet legal obligations, improve service quality, and comply with Google Play Console user data standards.

We apply appropriate technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of personal data, including access controls and operational confidentiality procedures.

Data may be shared only as necessary for service delivery and legal compliance—for example with our operations team, assigned driver, hosting/infrastructure providers, and authorized authorities.

Personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and applicable law. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized, except where legal retention applies.
